“Son, when I was of your age I used to treat every woman with respect,” The middle-aged man said to his son.
“Why are you saying all this to me now?” the adolescent asked.
“Nisha spoke to me the other day and she is deeply hurt because of your words,” the man replied.
“A real man should always respect a woman because of the multiple sacrifices she makes in our life through her different forms,” he paused.
“A man who can’t respect his own wife and abandoned her during her time of struggles has got no rights to talk about respecting a woman,” the boy replied brusquely to which the man left for his room with a straight face.
